DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

Shankara South Africa offers complimentary delivery within South Africa.

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within three working days of receiving payment into our account, unless otherwise specified.

 

International Delivery
For orders placed from outside South Africa, international delivery costs and related customs duties will be the customer's responsibility​. Please contact Shankara - South Africa via What's app for international delivery costs prior to placing your order.

Shankara - South Africa / Ananda Holistics Pty Ltd,  partners with The Courier Guy for its courier services within South Africa.

​

  • Main city centre delivery takes 2 – 3 working days.

  • With remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 4pm.

  • There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Wednesday morning.

PIN VERIFICATION AS PROOF OF DELIVERY

The courier Guy makes use on a OTP as proof of delivery. 

The one - time pin (OTP) option aims to make delivery as convenient as possible whilst reducing the amount of paper used for the printing of waybills.

 

Delivery takes place as normal. However, drivers won’t have physical waybills for signature. Once your shipment is out for delivery,  you will receive a unique OTP pin via SMS and/or email.  This OTP must be given to the driver for verification. 

RETURN POLICY

​If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our returns policy to understand the steps to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility​

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including undamaged original packaging.

  • We unfortunately cannot process returns for international orders.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we will gladly issue a refund provided the item is unopened, unused, and the packaging is undamaged. Please note, the refund will be issued minus the courier fee and a 10% handling fee. This will be processed once the item has been returned to us and our team has confirmed the return eligibility.

Refund Processing

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
